About Coastal Photography

Coastal Photography is Janice Alamanou photography. I specialise in Coastal Landscapes, Seascapes, Travel and Location predominantly of the Norfolk coast, my home county, but also other parts of the UK and into Europe. My photographs portray my love of the raw beauty of the coast and include a little wildlife which varies between the native birds and seals on the shores to the people that live, visit, play and work among them.

Images are printed in colour and black and white. Portraits on location or studio are taken in both, using a warmer black and white occasionally for a softer, timeless image, suited for young children and family shots.

For several years I lived on the picturesque island of Corfu, Greece and I still visit and continue to photograph there.

Photographs are printed on high grade archival photographic paper and canvas. Landscapes are not distorted by digital manipulation keeping a high standard and a true scene.
